Recommendations on School Change

The third round of public meetings regarding the recommendations on school change
will be held in the gymnasium at Colonel Grey High School on Wednesday February 1st at 7:00 pm.

The public will have the opportunity at this meeting to respond and present any input or suggestions to the recommendations made by Bob Andrews.

If you wish to present at this meeting you need to book a time slot in advance. You can do this by contacting Bob Andrews at rgandrews@edu.pe.ca or by telephone at 902-368-5868.
Presentations are asked to be 10 minutes or less.

You may also submit your response online at the Better Learning For All website.  All information pertaining the school CHANGE recommendations can be found on that website.

If you have questions about the recommendations we encourage you to submit your questions to Bob Andrews at any time (he is very quick to respond) or to the public school branch.

In addition, on January 26, the West Royalty Home and School provided our school community the opportunity to meet and review the recommendations set out for West Royalty Elementary School in the recent school change report.
Key points reviewed included:
1. Rezoning
2. Implementing a K-6 French immersion program

If you were unable to attend but wish to submit feedback feel free to contact our district advisory representative Vanessa Ford through email vanessaeford@hotmail.com or phone 902-213-6112. You may also choose to visit the website "better learning for all" to review all school recommendations, view zoning maps, and submit your feedback as you wish.

The next public meeting will be held on February 1ST at the Colonel Grey gymnasium at 7:00 pm. All are welcome and encouraged to go.
